COCA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS: (for about 40 cookies)
500g plain flour (not prepared)
35 grams of coca flour
250 g of honey or brown sugar (piloncillo, panela)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (baking powder)
125 g of palm butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup of coca tea (tibia)






PREPARATION:

The infusion is obtained by placing about 10 coca leaves in boiling water. Cover, let stand a few minutes and strain.


Moreover, in a mixing vessel with the butter flour. Add honey, vanilla, milk, baking powder and warm infusion.


Mix all ingredients and give cookies as desired or just using a tablespoon to form small mounds of dough on a lightly greased baking sheet and floured. To ensure that the biscuits are all the same size and are spaced about 2-3 cm between them.
