SWEET COCA (PIE DE COCA)
½ -1 cup Coca Powder
1/2 cups flour
-60 Grs. Butter
-1 / 2 cup sugar
-1 Tsp baking powder
1 egg
FILLING:
Creole cheese -2
-4 Egg yolks
- 60 g butter
4 egg whites until stiff
1 large cup unsalted butter

PREPARATION
For the dough mix all ingredients until a smooth dough and manipulable.
